Not in any particular order, here is a list of my favorite detoxes:
Sleep
Water (drinking water)
Fresh air (including sunshine, nature)
Elimination (bathroom necessities :) )
Exercise
Sleep and water
Prayer
Sabbath observance
Regularly worshiping with my faith community
Intermittent fasting
Bathing
Sleep and water
That is my list. I may explain some of these more in a later blog, but, for now, these are my favorites and are very effective to detox harmful or unpleasant things out of me.
Detoxing is closely associated with other concepts such as cleansing and replenishing.
Some of my detoxes are daily rituals, others more weekly or bi-weekly.
